First a Tums or Calcium Carbonate for instant relief, Famotidine for longer relief but it takes a half hour or so to kick in, and a PPI like Prilosec for long term healing, but it takes days to kick in.
Eating crushed up bugs you didn't know were there until a stranger on the internet told you about it is disgusting? I'd hate to hear your opinion on cricket flour.
