Ummm silicone spatula does the same thing plus you can use it to flip eggs.... Pass.

Not the same thing at all. The white piece is the business end of this and is rock hard very unlike a decent spatula. These are great for cleaning cast iron pans. If this is half as good as the Lodge brand scraper, it's easily worth the price.

It absolutely does not. Unless you want to keep buying spatulas. I can use this thing on my grill or smoker grates when I clean them. Also it works well for any cookie sheet, cast iron, stainless, nonstick or carbon steel. I had a roasting pan that I had covered with foil for prime rib roast and had a tear I didn't notice. Cooked 8 hours with some juices that absolutely scorched on it. Used this and it came off like nothing. I have used spatulas in the past, and wrecked a few. This scraper is just a better and cheaper option.
