Not...really. They say "ad hoc multiplayer" is supported, which I believe means if you have multiple switches in your household, they can play together. But there's no split screen (or shared screen).

This reminded me of what a crapshoot getting even local multiplayer to work was only a few years before this. Shoot, putting a PC together back then and getting it to turn on was a feat and a thrill, much less successfully f'ing with baud settings and ISA/PCI networking and sound cards etc
