Unfortunately, you cannot. If you go to a low traffic store, you may be able to order in the app outside the store, then go in to say you just ordered on the app and see whether you can ask the worker to make the order for you. However, most stores now make mobile app orders in a separate area.

Complete RNG if your store is even open right now. Labor shortage has most locations closed, and they don't update hours on Google nor Chipotle's site.

It's a great deal - and the plant-based chorizo is pretty decent - but Chipotle somehow found a way to screw up both of the entrees in my to-go order today (which I didn't discover until I got home, of course 😠). One was missing rice and the chorizo, and the other was clearly somebody else's entree even though it had my name on it. I get that it's probably not much fun dishing out order after order after order, but this kind of screw up seems to happen far more often at Chipotle than at Qdoba or similar places with online ordering.

I guess it really depends on your area. I have 5 locations within like 10mins of my house and they are all operating as normal aside from being a little slow.

Make sure you can pick it up in store. Delivery jumped from $15 to $25 even with Chipotle free delivery charge. I ordered a pizza instead.
