A laminate cutter is good advice for the length. But you may still need to notch several outer planks with something like a jigsaw.
At the least it would require a t-track attached to a side support table that you could slide a stop block into.

Personally, I am holding out for a 12" sliding miter saw deal. I'd be thrilled with anything decent under $200 that is a sliding miter with a 12" blade. Until I find one a few projects are on hold around the house.

The cross cut capability is 4-1/4 inches. This just not appear to be a sliding compound miter saw, which you might be looking for.
