Was seriously considering this but based on comments here, including:
1. 4K not reference material
2. Digital codes only 1080p
3. Not inclusion of NTTD
I am thinking they will be releasing a new Daniel Craig collection that fixes all these issues. Will wait personally. But it is a great price if someone does not care for the things l listed above.

From the reviews, the 4k transfers are not reference material.

Some of the reviews say the digital copies only redeem as 1080p, does anyone know if this is true?

I don't buy blu-rays often, but what do you mean when you say "4K not reference material"?

Am I getting an awful 4k experience? Will there be a new collection that is "4k reference material"?

From blu-ray.com [blu-ray.com]
Casino Royale - 3.5 / 5.0 stars (4k video and audio)
Quantum of Solace - 3.0 / 5.0 stars
Skyfall - 4.5 / 5.0 stars
Spectre - 5.0 / 5.0 stars

All have better PQ compared to regular blu-ray.

For me, this price was worth buying. I will get the No Time To Die later (when they are on sale). I do not care about digital codes, since I plan to sell them like I do for all my 4K purchases. I rip my 4K discs and load on my Plex Server for me to watch them.

Also all have Dolby Vision but no Atmos or DTS:X
