I used to have something similar to this and they turn into brownish green (due to Algae) very soon.

They are so difficult to clean.. Once in a while I have to dip it in a bleach solution and rinse, dry etc before I move them back into my aquarium.

Saltwater or fresh? I haven't had any issues in my reef tank.

In saltwater aquariums this rock would get covered in coralline algae and corals. I only ever see used in Saltwater.

This is great stuff and a great deal. If you're planning anytype of saltwater setup grab a few boxes and then add special shapes later

Its rock for saltwater aquariums and works kind of like a natural filter by hosting algae and bacteria that can be used as food for fish/inverts and balances the water

Not sure the benefit of "brand name" rock but this is a very good price

This is really a good deal, I purchased it a week ago. But keep in mind it comes with 3 shapes always (branch, shelf and regular base). So if you buy multiple orders make sure you know that you can use all those shapes otherwise you may ended up have too many certain shapes that you don't want

Good deal, in for 2 boxes. Have some hair algae on a few rocks so I'll remove/replace with the new CaribSea.
