First, I'd check with your neighbors on each side.
For sure, checked with my neighbors, walked the fenceline of my yard etc

Also, I'd give it an extra day or two. I had a package that showed as delivered one time and started freaking out that it might be stolen, but then it showed up a day later.
Will do. Investigation is in progress.

I think one of the aspects that bugs me is the driver had "delivered front door" in the notes, but the front door isn't accessible (behind a 6' fence with some fun loving but rambunctious pups). Maybe it's just a boilerplate selection that it defaults to.

Thanks for the advice SlySol

I recently had a package showed - delivered to safe place, I looked everywhere for this safe place, LOL, couldn't find it, had to file with Amazon for replacement

May take several days to start getting consistent answers, very few here have confirmed activating on 11/23, most were way later (mine wasn't till 11/30).

Careful if you decide to go the gamestop trade in route and do their visa vanilla gift card trade in. 15mins after leaving the store to use it got shot down at a merchant for insufficient funds. Turns out some scammer dried up the gift card in that time frame making some samsung electronic transactions. Found this out by looking at the transaction history on the cards website…
sorry to hear about this

That's useful info. Did you tried to report back to GameStop? This seems to be security lapse from their side. You may not get anything out of it but still…

Looks like someone at HoFo with a new (non-refurb) Motorola Optimo Maxx got a 60 days unlock, so there is "auto unlock" as advertised.

As oregon14 said we'll need a week or so more for more data points to come in (especially the refurb cases like the XR) but it's a good sign nevertheless.

Probably was the guy who gave the card out/worker lol, seems too fast for them to be able to empty it out that fast, or it was already in the system and just waiting to be activated.

Out of curiosity, I've called the Tracfone unlocking department to confirm the new 60 day unlocking policy. I've also bought a refurbished XR earlier this month and I've activated it according to their instructions. After the rep pulled up the IMEI in their system, he stated that the iPhone will Auto Unlock after 60 days of active, paid service. So, by the looks of it, we need to keep our service active for at least 60 days.

It was. So it's not the same scenario is this but at least their system is capable of unlocking things after 60 days auto.
