Everything posted in the OP are games that will be redeemed through Steam (a launcher for PC games).
If you want games for Xbox, make sure to either filter the games by platform, in your case XBox; or make sure that you see Xbox in the listing for the game.
Hope that helps.

Can someone educate me about purchasing games from eneba? Buying for Xbox SeriesX. I roughly understand the country-locked differences, but what else do I need to know?

What else do I need to know? Is it safe buying from eneba? Seems like eneba is just a storefront, like eBay, with third-party sellers actually doing the selling, so there's no guarantee you're getting a valid code..? Any general rules of thumb to keep in mind?

Generally, I'd say they're reliable and at least they don't require extra fees for "protection" so if you do get a bad key, they should be able to help but if you check some place like reddit - it can be mixed. Looks like some accusations of Trust Pilot review meddling and slow/unresponsive support.
These could also be older keys no longer being sold. The version of Dying Light is The Following edition. That's a deprecated version and replaced by The Platinum Edition. Platinum is $15 on Fanatical and includes literally everything. The Following bundle has I think one skin dlc and the regular season pass stuff but none of the other DLC (skins/weapons).

It's a marketplace. Different sellers may have different credibility. The price you see up there paid the highest ad fee, I.e. "sponsored". The list below is sorted by price. Usually you simply go to a reputable seller with the lowest price. The price above was only there to fish innocent first-time buyers.

Kinda. I've bought quite a bit and it has been fine so far but one thing was cleverly worded. Needless to say I ended up spending money on something kinda useless.
