Also, half the cheap shit I buy on Amazon now that is clearly from China comes with a little glossy card that says to "leave a 5 star review" and email some bs email address. Rav and Auk (and others) were just singled out...
but their products are still solid. hoping they come back under a different name later. miss their stuff

like an electrical bulb dictates how much current it will draw
an LED and incandescent lamp both plugged into the same socket on same 110V/220V supply will draw different amps cuz
the bulbs dictate how much they draw
it is not the socket / household supply's fault how many amps the bulbs draw
For passive devices, like a lightbulb, the current draw is a function of both the internal impedance of the device and the input voltage.
However, active chargers and devices like a phone are more complicated because they use active circuitry like switching voltage regulators. A bad charger design can cause frequency and/or impedance mismatches that could drive voltages past spec and exceed power thresholds thus damaging the device.
Pd stands for power delivery.... It uses USB-c to USB-c cables.
Can your device handle pd? If it can't you it will be a super slow charge... That is why this device has a usb-a port.
Pd is used by the manufacturers cause it can take a high wattage charging and u don't have to pay any company to use this tech.
What devices do u have?
I'm not confused but I don't know PD.
I though PD for laptop or chromebook and USB-A for small devices such as cellphones, tablets...
I have a Samsung S21 and a Samsung Tab S7. That means I can use the PD port to charge my devices?
As I stated earlier, I never used PD, I don't know about it and thought the port produces more power and thus only for bigger devices (such as laptop/chromebook).
This ones pretty close, I paid $13.99 - it seems to slowly be creeping up in price

I also have a Tab S7 (I hate the light bleeding around the edges).
Your Tab S7 can handle 45W and the S21 can handle 25W. Any PD charger that can do 45W through one USB-C port should work.
Technically this Anker Charger will work for you... it can do 45W pd. At the same time you can future proof yourself and get a higher Wattage such as a 65W (this is what I did).
Also, I paid $13 for my 65W charger that works perfect.

Many thanks!
It worked perfect. I would save your money and also get that one. Good luck.

gotcha
thanks
When you say Apple, do you mean the company that secretly slowed down the CPU/GPU in millions of Iphones? Apple failed to disclose that iPhone software it instructed consumers to download intentionally slowed down the performance in older iPhones on purpose!!!! So they can fool people about battery life of their Iphone. Is this the Apple company you are talking about?
Bloomberg has today published a report claiming that companies including Amazon and Apple found Chinese surveillance chips in their server hardware contracted from Super Micro. Bloomberg claims Apple found these chips on its server motherboards in 2015. Apple used super micro to manufacture their products and they secretly installed a spy chip the size of a grain of rice. Apple of course is in denial and so is Amazon... but I think we know the truth.
And your insurance company is full of shit. If a company is allowed to sell a non UL listed device and it causes a fire, you are still covered case no one broke the law.
Don't like Apple/Samsung? buy no name knockoff or rotary phone.
But no this doesn't do PPS or samsung super fast 45W charge, at least on a Note 10+.
Samsung uses a proprietary superfast spec, but some other newer Anker chargers can do it.

Stating that this product is better then X, Y, Z cause that is what you are told... that is NONSENSE.
Anker is not the perfect company and their products have fried thousand of devices and they lied about battery capacity with many models. THAT IS A FACT. Stating that Anker is better quality then X, Y, and Z is an OPINION.

My $13.00 fast charger charges my Tab S7 perfectly and it also charges my Lenovo 10e perfectly and it charges my Pixel 6 Pro perfectly. I have a USB-C to USB-C cord that has a digital display that tells me the watts being charges... it is called, "McDoDo" and Amazon sells it but I did buy it for less money at Ali.
