This has a White helium drive in it. Not bad. 7200 rpm which can be good or bad depending on your use case. Imo externals should be 5400 and internals should be 7200.
Beware many modern cheap externals. If it's SMR, avoid it. Many cheap externals are these days, and they're horrific. I accidentally bought one and was horrified when it dropped from 150MB/s to like 4 MB/s. Absolutely unusable. Literally would have taken days to transfer one video project.
