You could try wifi calling but it's never been a good experience for me.

I use the ax version of Orbi (totally different price point) and Wi-Fi calling works great. My home is in a terrible area for coverage but I never have issues with calling. That is with different routers but I think the Wi-Fi calling should work well as long as this system works well

I wonder if their talking about Netgear Defender. I have the next mode up, and while they push the z defender subscription hard (annoying) I can use it without subscribing, including the remote management through the app.

Any idea if the Defender subscription is what they're referring to?
