"The most magical thing just happened guys. Today I woke up to a "No SIM Restriction" on a Verizon iPhone 13. So they do definitely unlock it automatically on the 60th day. I still have the Verizon line but it's in a "voluntary suspended )$10 a month)" status because I wanted to make sure it would unlock and I still had a line (I don't think keeping a line is necessary btw, I was just being extra cautious). All good. Everything turned out ok to my surprise!"

I've been doing this a while and know the ins and outs of TFW. Verizon may or may not force all brands to their network at some point. They also may consolidate the brands, but that's the rundown.

5. remove white sim. insert your T-Mobile sim. done
white sim is reusable. you can unlock iPhone as many as you want.
It's still unclear if they do yet since 2 months haven't passed yet since the policy change. If they do automatically unlock, in theory, you should be able to use any carrier you want on the phone.
If it does not automatically unlock, then you might have to get an rsim.
Does it mean I have to purchase another $25 plan ?
Is it auto unlock or I have to call TW ?
As in, I could use the phone on ATT or TMobile after the 60 days?

The advantage of the iPhone 11 though is it is brand new so almost no chance of being rejected. Although, I'm not too sure how strict ATT is for their trade-ins
As I just checked the unlock policy on Total wireless, I could not find any parts mentioning need 60 days active service, I only see the following
