So I tried this website and the blacklist status says "clean".

I'm guessing that means it hasn't been reported lost/stolen? I also tried turning on the phone and takes me to the usual hello screen on initial setup.
Just a reminder if you want to trade in this phone, you may be asked to show your ID. If the phone gets reported as lost later, they may charge you back based on your ID info.
When I traded in a phone to BB, they asked me to show my ID. I asked why and the rep told me this.

Looks like you got 8000 points for using someone's referral (1st line) and 7000 for adding a line (2nd). You can rebrand a TW phone to TF by chatting with an agent. Some say it's not necessary. I haven't tried it. All my phones/lines are TF activated on TF. I think points become available on day 61, and service for all lines need to be active at that time (based on my experience with TF).
Ye, I got 8000 points for using someone's referral (1st line) and 7000 for adding a line (2nd).Are you saying I need to activate 3 devices in total to get 8000+7000+7000 points? Basic on their add a new line policy "Member must activate a new line and add it to their Account within 30 days of activation. For points to become available to use, new line must remain active for 60 days after adding it to account." I should get 7000 points/line if I reach 60 days service for that line, I only need to keep my account active on day 61 to get all the points, which means I need to have at least one line active at that moment. All the points should become mature on my account cuz all my lines meets their policy requirement and remain active for at least 60 days, am I misunderstanding? Since I've already activated all my phones on my TW account, I assume I can't reactivate all the phones on the new TF account. Does rebrand mean the TW rep will transfer all the new Lines and points from my TW account to TF account? Sorry I'm a little confused....

You are now in the TW rewards system and I don't think you can move the points to TF. You can redeem 14000 points for $150 off phone discount coupon. TW prices are a little lower than TF for some phones. Based on my experience with TF, points don't vest until day 61. Points may vanish if a line becomes inactive on day 61 (I don't know for sure as I always have the service days past 90 days - pay initial 30 days then 90-day refills with points)

Did anyone confirm if points show up to the person making the referral only after 61 days? My main account didnt get any points but line 2 got 5,000 and line 3 got 6,000 so it's working as intended but showing 0 on my primary account.

If you are referring to TW, yes. The pending points do not reflect in the referral account immediately.

I'm one of those waiting for the auto-unlock. I was planning on paying for the 2nd month but forgot to renew on time so there was a 2 day lapse when I finally figured it out. We'll see if this affects the 60 day unlock period.

This might be actually good. Since phones unlock on 61st day, you might not require 3rd month of service (in case as people say it's 61st day to unlock and not 60th day).

Based on my experience with Tracfone: iPhones automatically unlocked on Day 60 and for android phones I received text message on Day 60 saying eligible for unlock. It's the reward points available to redeem on Day 61.

so technically today is my 60th day with an iPhone XR that was purchased from total wireless from a previous deal, brand new iPhone XR.
I activated December 24th (that's when I received my text from total wireless)
Welcome to total wireless etc...

Would that first day count as a day?
I'm checking the text now and I received it at 5:31 pm
So if it goes by the time as well, I should know in about 4 hours?
I used a $25 scratch off for the 2nd month of service.

I tried the unlock page but it says I am not eligible yet.

I also have a few refurb xr's that I should know in about 7 days if they are eligible ( I didn't purchase a second month for those)

"unlocked 60 days after activation"

so 25th 5:31 pm is "1 day after"

best case scenario, you are not 60 days after until tomorrow.

and don't expect them unlocking phones every minute right at the dot. that's just unrealistic expectation.

Well thus far I don't think there's a single report of this scenario:

1) bought 2nd month of service, and
2) no auto unlock after 60 days, and
3) unlock request denied after calling the TF unlock department

So I don't think there's anything you need to worry about on that new XR.
