I'm probably going to get downvoted for this, but probiotics are largely a waste of money. We still have extremely limited to no idea what specific strains of bacteria provide what particular health benefit, and it's no coincidence all probiotics make very vague health claims, largely in line with "for digestive health."
The gut microbiome holds much promise, but probiotics at this stage of knowledge are not the answer. Eat a varied plant-focused diet with lots of fiber if you want to nourish the trillions of microbes in your gut, rather than pop an overpriced sugar pill that often times costs much more than the benefit it provides.
Having said that, this is definitely one of the least expensive probiotics out there, and if you feel it works for you, there's probably little harm in trying/continuing the supplement, particularly if you are not immunocompromised.

generally i'd have to agree. that being said, its good to have in certain situations. probiotics definitely helped me after i finished taking antibiotics to help restore gut flora since my gut was so messed up!
