Anyone know at what price would this be a "decent deal" on a VR PC (no mining intent) ?

I think this is it. You're hard pressed to find a RTX 3070 with a 5800x without paying quite a bit more.

not good? I might have jumped at $1650. I'm getting desperate. its $1890 now. It's to replace a work/personal computer. And as much as I want work to pay for it, I can't be on this laptop forever Frown

Keep an eye on this. This goes in and out of stock frequently from Amazon (Sold and Shipped by Amazon, not by 3rd Party). It was a very popular deal couple of days back.
