I was just loading up on some supplies from my local Lowe's, and I noticed the 800 pack of 3" Deck Plus deck screws were $5 less than the 310 count. I know for a fact that these screws are exactly the same in all ways, just a different count. I have a few ideas as to how this happened, but all that matters is it works and is a great deal Smilie

Deck Plus 10 x 3-in Wood To Wood Deck Screws (800-Count)
Item #3485582Model #49326

Available on Lowe's website for pickup, in-store, etc. Not sure if YMMV. Works for me with 27513 ZIP.

Thanks and good luck!

They will, but I would recommend getting the ones with small heads and pre-drilling everything because 1. They *will* snap off if it's too tight and 2. it looks better. That said, the cost would be much higher so if budget is a concern then these would work. You could still predrill and countersink them a little.

Good find OP - but hopefully won't cancel orders like they seemingly do for every other good deal. I'm near done dealing with them.

Yes, we bought two boxes of both sizes delivered at separate times for inventory.

Problem is, for the minimum order of two for delivery, they stack two and you will probably have at least one cracked. The shipping boxes are sturdy enough to hold the contents, but if ordered both sizes and both boxes crack/break, you will be sorting or returning. If one wants pristine and no damage, probably best to pick up in store.

Nice. I was running low on the 3" from a previous deal over summer. Used them to build a pergola, work bench, and porch swing stand. Not a single issue with a single screw yet. Grabbed both

Confirm with what said.

I also ordered two boxes shipped, for different sizes. One box came broken, returned to store and just decided to keep one box.

If you're replacing deck boards you want at least 3" because it's often hard biting into old joists with 2.5". These have a variety of uses so it depends on your application.
