I have a huge head and round flat face. These very difficult for large heads and round faces due to the fixed shape and the head straps are tight.. I did not enjoy but still have a couple dozen left and have to endure…

There's tape on masks - perfect for, no right straps, no gaps....

I actually got one of these Honeywell N95s from the nurse at CVS who gave me the 2nd shot to demo on my toddler (it totally doesnt fit, lol). I decided to use it for myself.

When it wasnt broken, it was very comfortable. Easy to breathe, do not feel the wetness of my own breath when running with it on.

Sadly, the strap fell off of the weld point within two days. Really flimsy. I did not have a spare, so I couldnt go shopping that whole day.

For comparison, I normally wear Powercom KN95 with the back-of-head straps. (Btw, the black ones suck, dont get them...straps come off all the time...same as above)
You might have received a bad batch with those black powercoms. I emailed them about the very same issue you have and they sent me new ones for free and those were great. The bottom strap weren't as tight and didn't tore off when I try to bring it over my head. Try emailing them to see if you could get some replacements

Happened to me too but I email and left a feedback but no reply. That's why I'm not buying from them no more.

Any feedback on how these fit versus the Powecom?
I saw an old powecom in my bathroom and I decided to do the water test and the thing started leaking like crazy. Now this is something I didn't do originally but this was bought off bonafidemasks directly. It thought KN95 Masks weren't supposed to do that if they were good quality.

These masks are awful. They don't have nose foam or metal clip so there are gaps that make them terrible for glasses. They're really stiff too so you can't get a good seal.

I bought them at the beginning of covid. I still have them. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They don't have a nose bridge or rubber material on the inside to create a seal. They leak like crazy and are not effective. I have no idea why Honeywell would create such a terrible product.

I used these all the time last year. I did not like them compared to 3M. A lot of people complained about them also.

These are crap. I bought a box, and every single one has had straps come loose from the weld point. I have even been very careful with them now that each one has broke. Some will allow 1 use, none have made it through multiple uses. I have an old box of n95 with the yellow rubber bands stapled and they are much more robust.
Did you prestretch the bands? I assume the instructions mention this?

I just posted a new thread for a different Honeywell N95 model that may work or fit better for some.
