The deadline for submitting a claim is March 7, 2022. Only one claim form may be submitted per household.
Each timely, valid Claimant will receive a Settlement Payment of $1 per product, based on the number of Class Products purchased during the Class Period, up to 12 products without proof of purchase (and no limit with proof of purchase).
Example: You can claim you bought one of the products 11 times, would get you $11 without proof of purchase. If you have proof, you can keep claiming as many as you have proof for.
The Class includes all persons in the United States who, between March 23, 2016 and October 1, 2021 (the "Class Period"), purchased in the United States, for household use and not for resale or distribution, one of the Class Products.
The Class Products are the following:
Welch's 100% Grape Juice Concord Grape
Welch's 100% Juice Red Sangria
Welch's 100% Black Cherry Concord Grape Juice

Thanks for letting us know though OP.
I see what you are saying, but we all benefit by holding the criminals accountable so they and others are less motivated to rip us off in the future. It sucks that we have such weak consumer protection (by design, by companies that own the legislatures) that the system forces citizens into seeking justice through privatized systems such as private attorneys, but that is where we are at right now. In an ideal world our government would pursue these things for us, but unfortunately much of the government exists under regulatory capture and will lock up litterbugs before seriously pursuing and punishing a company that contaminates an entire city.
That being said, the Juice file is empty. So no luck for me here, but NEXT TIME!
