Coming from an IPS that has nice colors but really bothered my eyes. I bought this a week ago

Was worried about the curve, worried about the VA panel but upon getting this, WOW! Best monitor I have ever had, amazing darks, super colors and the curve is awesome! After a few days you do not even know it is curved

Will never go back to a flat panel!

Yes, it is a VA panel but it's one of the better ones. I have this and the colors are great for a VA.

S3220dgf is better and is occasionally the same price.

Is this better than SAMSUNG 32" Odyssey G5 Gaming Monitor, WQHD (2560x1440), 144Hz, Curved, 1ms, HDMI, Display Port, AMD FreeSync Premium, HDR10, LC32G55TQWNXZA, Black ?? Also will it work for Xbox series s 1440p 120hz through hdmi 2.1??

While this monitor may be good for gaming, it Sucks for text, Text is blurry unless sitting directly in front of it (and I mean directly) just moving my head up or down the text is clear directly on front of me but any text above or below my face gets blurry. maybe it is just me but I have tried to celebrate this monitor many times with no avail. FYI I have a 2 monitor set up. Maybe for a 1 monitor set up it will be OK. anyone know Dells return policies.

IMHO My 3 year Samsung from Sam's club is better

Second this, debating between this one than the G5, kind of leaning toward G5 for its 1000R curvature

Interestingly enough, I'm moving away from the dual s2721dgf's I have to just this monitor by itself.

I have had no issues from my 2721s — I just wanted to reclaim some desk space and the dual monitor setup is more headache than it is helpful for gaming situations.

horrible viewing angles unless you're literally staring directly at the pixel. with monitors getting larger and larger, side sides and tops of the monitor are blurry even if you're sitting front and center of the monitor. nevermind having a 2nd VA panel off to the side. IPS only

Right.....But..... I cant seem to find a 32" IPS Curved monitor.
Maybe I should just forget the curve and get a highly rated IPS

I got a curved monitor for my wife a couple years back and it has blurry text unless its on a certain setting. Kinda bizzare, as games and text in games looks just fine, but then documents and webpages are fudged. Can't remember what settings caused this, but her settings are set to something along the lines of "staring at the sun". Doesn't bother her but it drives me nuts.

thanks for this feedback, it helps me decide not to buy it. i'll mainly be using it for text viewing, along with charts etc so probably won't be for me.

For me the curve takes out a bit of reflections, But I think that a mat screen would do that also
