There's a long thread where this deal is posted in. I forgot what deal it was posted under. Originally people were saying it was only in-store. I can confirm it works with an online ship to home order as well. Returned extra battery to store and got full refund for it. Just did it last week.

Im not in construction. I like brushless and 3 speed option. I picked this at HD for $99, no need to return anything.

Thanks picked up and probably will return the battery since i dont have any high power tools to fully utilize that type of capacity

Don't even need to return it. Order it online. Ship the tool set to home and the battery to store. Go into purchase history. Select the battery shipped to the store and cancel it. Takes 2 minutes tops

Wouldn't let me check out when I tried that method. Gave me some sort of technical error. I ended up ordering both for instore pickup. Once I get the pickup email, i'll try to cancel the extra battery and only pickup the driver kit.
