These only work on Sonicare One brush handles.

So the answer to the above questions are, NO

Saw these for about $9 at the B&M Stop & Shop store, sadly they don't work for my handle, only the One model.

Ultrathin bristles for a gentle, superior cleaning and 2x healthier gums versus a manual toothbrush

It's most likely not the Sonicare One. The One either uses a AAA battery or recharges via USB directly on the handle.
The regular Sonicare recharges using some sort of a stand, like either a cup with a base or a white base with a nub sticking up that the handle rests on top of.

I would not purchase brush heads or razer blades from Amazon because I have received fake items before.

They are the travel version. Slim, light. They have a battery version using 1 AAA version or a rechargeable version with USB C port.

They're mainly used to brush teeth, removing plaque, tartar, and many surface stains from below the gumline. They're also useful for cleaning between teeth, but not 100% effective. For the most effective between-teeth cleaning, what is called dental floss and mouthwash should be used in conjunction with brushing teeth with an electric toothbrush. Other surfaces of the mouth (including gums and the tongue) can also be cleaned using an electric toothbrush. For more information, you should consult a specialized doctor known as a dentist. It's recommended that you see a dentist at least twice per year.

I'm sure there are all types of other uses for electric toothbrushes, but teeth/mouth cleaning is the purpose for which they're designed.
