That's actually not a good deal at all. Those are older brushed tools for double the price for not double the tools.
I paired my jigsaw/sander/multi Lowes bundle with a drill/impact/light/4.5" circ saw bundle from Farm and Fleet and had all those tools with no duplicates for $450 total. Only thing I then had to buy separately was the router and I "hacked" a HD deal to get that cheaper by returning everything else.

Here is the BS link for the 3 tool set (multi tool, sander and jigsaw).
Looks like the price went down to $279 and plenty of stock!

Yeah that's the one! I'd say the 4ah battery is a step up from 2x 2ah batteries too. A 2ah battery isn't going to get you fat with some of these tools, especially something like the sander. You're going to want more either way, but starting with having something at least as big as the 4ah is preferable IMO.
Just another note, if you get the oscillating multi tool, I'd strongly recommend buying a big pack of cheap boxes from Amazon. I had the ones that came with it, and my first replacements were Dewalt, but then I tried some cheap Amazon ones. They don't last as long as the Dewalt ones, but these blades are really meant to be used and tossed. I probably get 50-60% of the use out of the cheap blades at probably 10% of the cost.
