Both are really good choices and I think it mostly comes down to the location you will put it in. Light in room, how far your seats are from the TV, what angle from the TV, etc.

Both are really good choices and I think it mostly comes down to the location you will put it in. Light in room, how far your seats are from the TV, what angle from the TV, etc.
I have 2017 75" Samsung TV (from Costco). I could never make it work with my Onkyo NR646 amplifier with HDMI passthrough. Onkyo tech support claimed that it is the Samsung TV issue in multiple phone calls.
Not sure about this new Samsung TV.

This TV has horrible contrast ratio native 1,373 : 1
Which is improved to 1,956 : 1 with the use Mini LED backlighting.????
Actually if you can find the Sony X90F it's a great TV.
