A million options. You can probably get away with a 32 degree poly fill, an uniqlo down if you don't mind the weight. However, if a few ounces start to matter, then you'll be in the ultralight category and that will always certainly cost you ~$150+
I ordered the Bridgehaven jacket in large last time it was in sale. Sizes run a bit on the big side. I usually wear a large but it was too big (5'11" 195 lb male)

I stand corrected/informed. They are probably poly fill that I'm thinking about. SD's had a post for Spyder jackets 80% off 3-4 years ago and I got a shell for less than the under jacket. I guess the best way to look at savings is for the whole outfit vs each piece
