Nice deal! I found a similar bundle with a 2i2 for about $70 less, might be interesting if you don't need as many ports (though OP's deal might have better components/models):

Good find, though I prefer the AT Microphone. I really don't need the extra I/O but did want MIDI. The only weak factor of the bundle I got is the Headphones. They sound like soup cans.
