I've had this trash can for 3 years. I've keep it outdoors in the blazing sun the entire time and I've been really happy with it. The trash can itself looks new, but the lid slightly changed colors (like a dingy gray/almost tan) and cracked on the edges, which doesn't affect it's functionality, but it looks ugly. I've been holding off buying a replacement lid, and I finally caved in yesterday and bought a replacement lid for $30 because I didn't want to pay $55 for a whole new trash can. Well worth it for the trash can and lid for $28!
