Cabinet is a vinyl sticker rather than actual veneer over mdf. Cheap-looking. If you can ignore that, sound quality is very good, but should be paired with a sub (Costco has these on sale for $125 right now in-store).

Great find. Since covid the lowest I have seen is $225 at nfm when they were clearing these out. These are great speakers for HT. Newegg was selling these for $299 a few days back so maybe they are also clearing these out.

With all these deals it seems like Klipsch speakers must never sell at full price (outside of their ultra high-end stuff I suppose)?

I have these and really enjoy them. I have them paired with RP-450C center channel, RP-150M surround, and R-41m for front heights.
One thing to keep in mind that I have found is that they sound far better paired with other Reference Premiere model speakers (I know, it sounds like an obvious point). I have been going through my setup and upgrading different sets at a time from the Reference line to Reference Premiere and the experience is far more robust with everything matched up more as it was intended to be.
For those looking to fill a room with stereo sound, this deal is fantastic. Two of these will more than do the job. A subwoofer is great but if you are buying for music, don't feel like you need to run and buy one before listening to these on their own first. They may surprise you.
My pair were originally in black but I customized them with a real wood veneer in cherry finish and a leather vinyl wrap across the front. I also replaced the original MDF bases with real hardwood. It was an involved process but I've been very happy with the results. However, I also have the RP-150m in the stock cherry vinyl finish that these would come in and it is nothing to knock. It is overly smooth and plastic feeling IMO but wouldn't be a deal breaker for me at all on the smaller speakers but I could see how it might be a bit much having that material on the larger RP-260f towers.
Overall, this is an excellent price and the fact that it is shipped right to your door is a huge bonus compared to the only deal I've seen beat it (NFM - B&M).
Great post, OP. Repped

I'm not seeing anything about Costco having these at $125. I'm calling BS but I'm hoping you will prove me wrong lol

They clear stuff out as the "newer" models come in (which are usually 99% the same as the previous). That's how I got my RP Atmos speakers for pretty damn cheap.

Not sure if it is true or not. But the "these" that are supposed ly 125 are a subwoofer that the poster said should be paired with it. Not these speakers.

Not bad for the 260. I paid $299 for the 280. The new RP line has been out for years. How much stock is left of this old line, jeez!?

The speaker has 2 sets of plugs and I don't see the Atmos channel. Can someone share what the need for 2 pairs are?
