I do all the Microsoft Rewards as well and get a lot of points, but to me the conversion is better to get Amazon $10 gift card from Rewards and buy these codes.
for example, 3 $10 Amazon gift cards is 39,000 points. A 3 month Game Pass is 35,000. This deal is $20, devaluing the reward. The conversion to Amazon is a much better value since I'll spend the money there anyway.
While that's true, I have been ravaging my digital movie library with MA eligible titles with Microsoft cards via game pass quest/points. Last year I got $260 in gift cards from them. I love it!

Not if you just use the Microsoft gift cards to buy it. 9300 points gets you $10 MS card, 23,000 gets you $25. You can use them on the store for physical items or anything on their digital store/purchases.

I just bought a series s off a guy on marketplace that said he just bought it with points racked up. Didn't even realize that was possible.

I used the eneba Xbox live trick that was posted a few weeks back and was able to get 3 years of xbox live gold for about $83. I have a 3 month game pass code that I'm waiting out in order to convert all three years to game pass ultimate
Yeah. If you are patient you can save up your points for MS gift cards and buy an Xbox with them. The difficult part of this is just adding to your daily routine and cognitive load. You get extra points and bonuses for consistency (doing it every day without missing one etc).
You used to be able to combine points from linked family accounts but alas, that is no more. Before that, you also used to be able to redeem points for an actual gift card code which could be combined with others... But they switched to redemption being just a straightforward account credit.
