A pair of these is sufficient for an F150. I personally went with 6 ton for mine.

I would not recommend putting them directly on a pinch weld.
Add a pair of these and you'll be fine:

Damn, I should've waited 24 days. Could've save $0.87!!!!

The ones I received from the last FP had great welds. No problem at all.
Thumbs up that these are double pin/double locking. This should be a standard feature on all jack stands
Used it on my daily, a badass CR-V.

It can lift high enough to clear the tires off the ground.

Do you own a truck or SUV? Just wondering if these will go high enough for a truck

I don't know the specifics of your truck, but these jackstands go from 11-3/8" to 16-3/4".

6 ton (2-pack) price at HD is $47.37. How come the 3 ton original price is 49.99.
