Just put this together. Very well built. Took about 90-mins with some breaks. Good directions, and all bags labeled very well. Comes with the riser, so although technically 3/4 size, but height is good in my opinion to play standing up. (I am 6'2" and have no complaints). I have several MAME machines (cocktail/Desktop), but none with trackball/spinner so this was a good addition for the trackball/spinner specific Atari games.

I know this deal is over, but for what it's worth, I received mine today. Was excited to put it together. Unfortunately, within 5 minutes of play, the trackball stopped moving up and down. It now only moves left and right. I tried powering on and off, reconnecting the control panel, etc. No difference. Then read online how several people have had this issue. I opened up a ticket with Arcade1up and hope they can provide a better replacement. There was also a scratch/blemish on the monitor panel part. Luckily it's not in the viewing area of the actual monitor, but not something you want to see on a brand new item. We'll see how the ticket goes.

As far as the blemish goes, maybe this will help. There was a brown smudge (a quarter of an inch) right in the center of the display. Support had me unscrew the plastic screen, and sure enough, it was between the plastic screen and the display. Not sure if this is the same as your problem, but thought I'd mention it.
No help for your trackball unfortunately. Good luck.

Wow, that sounds like really lousy quality control. I was right on the edge of purchasing this, and now I'm thinking that perhaps it is good I passed....

I opened up a support ticket with Arcade1up, and they did promptly respond and are in the process of sending me a new one, which is good, I guess. I did ask if they would be sending an improved version, but they said it is the same exact one, but have reported it to the upper folks and perhaps will get revised down the line.
I also decided to open up the trackball unit (since I'll have to remove it to replace anyways) and checked it out. Ended up being a straight forward fix...as the rollers that has the gear with the teeth that is being read be the sensor basically had dried up grease and therefore wasn't able to freely spin. I cleaned that off, added some lubricant, and it works fine now. Overall, still a good product at the price.
