I played Catherine on ps now, definitely a unique and fun game. Although the puzzles were very tough. Contemplating if I should get it in digital or get physical. But the price is unbeatable

Unfortunately, no.
You can't even buy the PS5 remaster separately... I would have gladly paid $10 or $15. Right now it's only included in Miles Morales Ultimate Edition.
Or I'm sure you could find it on eBay.

From the game's official page it says the following, but I thought Miles Morales was a PS5 only title?

*Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered for the PS5 console is available as part of the Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition or available for $20 when purchased with Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales Standard Edition. PS4 Standard Edition owners must upgrade to PS5 version (at no cost) in order to redeem. To upgrade PS4 Standard Edition disc to the digital PS5 version, you will need a PS5 console with a disc drive.
