It comes with a free 4 year warranty after you add it to cart. Seems like a very good deal to me but I'm sure others will complain

works for me. paid $999 for the 48" (new) before x-mas. I feel I know enough about the model now to check it over pretty good on arrival. In theory refurbished with 4-yr coverage is just as safe (if not safer) than new. still the best unit out there until the 22's are available - and you won't be getting one of those for $1400.

How risky are BuyDig refurbs? $500 off for a refurb seems like a good deal.

I'm hoping not too risky. The warranty made me feel a lot better. I already got a shipping notice for mine. Fingers crossed!

I purchased a refurb projector from them and it came neatly packaged in a refurbished branded box. I am really tempted to get this even though I scored a 65" A80J for 1,800 sale price.

Free shipping is so common that I was surprised when the final page showed them charging me $28 for shipping. That makes me hesitate to pull the trigger.

It's a good deal but cross fingers because if there are issues, dealing with the warranty , sending TV back or waiting for repairs is a very slow and annoying process

Looks like they have a 15% restocking fee on new TVs. Does it fall under new TV?

They class this as oversized so they charge extra.
