Honestly I trust 4.2 /5 much more than 5/5 on Trustpilot, it means they are not paying Trustpilot off to remove bad reviews. Most complaints are that they aren't very reliable in terms of actually delivering what is ordered which is not such a big issue for me, sure it is annoying but you will eventually get the money back or the item and anyway it seems very rare (probably mostly everyone to whom that happened wrote a bad review and very few people write good reviews so 4.2/5 sounds good)

I think you may be right there. I was perving over the LG Grams in Costco recently and they were all Intel chips. Now if this Ultra PC is just the same level of quality / build for Ryzen as the LG Gram is for Intel then I think you're onto a winner. I couldn't believe how light yet sturdy those Grams were, and also vs lower priced laptops, the screen was MUCH MUCH better. I've bought the Lenovo Flex 5 in both 4500U and 4700U forms - one on special from Amazon and the other (higher lever spec) on special at Costco - they were great deals at the time - but very different from the LGs that I saw - the Flex 5 is clearly a cheaper class of computer - it was still a great deal and it's far heavier weight wasn't that much of a big deal, but if there was one downer it was the screen - the Gram is far far brighter and more colorful than the Flex 5 and I dare say any other budget built computer.

Just my 2x

You're comparing a 15.6" laptop to a 13.3" thin and light. They are completely different and you cannot just compare the specs.

Bought LG gram , and wont ever buy another laptop from LG. Let them do TVs and washers. Worst support ever, 0 knowledge as well.
