Definitely pricey, but if you want to go multiple times I suggest getting a membership. I originally sprung for the San Diego resident without blackout dates for $109, but I decided to upgrade to the Wildlife Protector Premium since you also get free parking at the Safari Park and a one time use free guest pass. Also, being able to go in an hour early once a month is a nice bonus.

They're both amazing zoos and totally worth the money but the $62 is mostly the tourist price. If you live here, you can get a membership for about $40 more and go to both parks as much as you want. Totally worth it if you have kids to be able to drop in, grab a beer and walk around for a couple of hours whenever you want.

Good lord, San Diego in winter is brutal. I heard it got down to 72 one day.

Since it's Cali…can I identify as a 65+ yr old? They can't object, right?
As long as you don't contain formaldehyde.

As long as your driver's license also identifies you as a 65+ year old, you're in!
