So, if I buy two pairs regular $34.99 at 57% off, Now $14.97 with 60% off to make them $6, shipping is free? It's all clearance at $29.94 before the 60% off coupon.

Hi there, the Free Shipping minimum is calculated using the style price (prices in Red) -- this is reflected in the order subtotal in shopping bag. If your order only has Clearance items, then your out of pocket minimum after coupons for FS is $20+ ($50 x 0.40).

Attached is a screenshot of an example shopping bag:
  • Order subtotal is $50.97
  • Estimated Total (final pre-tax amount after coupons) is $20.37

For your scenario, order subtotal is $29.94 ($14.97 x 2). You will need to add $20.06 worth of stuff, based on style price, to reach FS min. This equates to another $8.03 of spend after 60% off.
