I like these but you can usually find them at Costco for $7.99 to $8.99 for 22oz.

Edit:
Sorry, I was referring to the sunflower seeds.

What brand? Sprouted? Raw? Organic?. I was at the warehouse yesterday. This exact item Go Raw Sprouted 14 oz was $10. Non-sprouted are always cheaper. As for the seeds grown in China this applies to nearly every brand of pumkin seeds including Bob's Red Mill. SuperSeeds is grown in Europe but is miuch more expensive at $1.00 per ounce and are not sprouted. Please find seeds grown in U.S.A. that are not roasted and are also sprouted then post your link.

costco seeds come in much larger bag- 22 oz instead of amazon 14 oz.

Those are sunflower seeds not pumpkin seeds. I see no pumpkin seeds at all on costco.com. S Jose warehouse only had 14 oz Go Raw at $10 on the shelf yesterday. Even if what you say were true and they were also raw-sprouted-organic one would still need to drive to the warehouse and buy a membership.
I don't have an item number at the moment, but multiple Costco warehouses in my metro area carry 22Oz bags of organic Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds With a Touch of Sea Salt by Harvested for You. So yes, it's pretty akin to the product in the OP and was mentioned in this thread as a slicker deal for those who already have a Costco membership and can benefit from this information. As it's typical for Costco, this product could be region-specific as well as seasonal, but as of right now, it's available in my area.

Bought the Costco brand w/o realizing that it had sea salt. Man, how can anyone stand that much salt.

Honest question. If seeds aren't my particular priority, is there any other reason to get these as a complementary ingredient over something like PB Fit powder which is 8g protein to 70 calories? That's half the calories, and more servings I think too, when 30oz of pb powder goes for about $10 at costco or sams

$25 for a pound with shipping, SNAP EBT not accepted. How does this help others viewing the thread?

Who will believe you without a photo or item number? Post the warehouse has this in stock and the quantity on hand otherwise you're wasting everyone's time. It is NOT in Bay Area Costo. Even if it were what is the final price after membership and fuel? Free home delivery with Prime or minimum purchase is part of this deal and is of particular interest to many right now. "I think you can get this cheaper somewhere else" is krap to post on any deal thread.

I think "Harvested For You - Sprouted pumpkin seeds - 22 OZ" was the one that I that bought from my local Costco couple of months ago for about $8 after discount. It is not available online in costco.com. Amazon link below for information:

That cost 60 cents per ounce with 5% S&S vs the Go Raw @ 57 cents per ounce. Not eligible for SNAP. Last summer Grocery Outlet had Superseedz for $10. Went back the next day and they were sold out. Hope that helps.

True. I posted the SNAP info due to this being a rare high protein helathy choice option. To be SNAP eligible the food product must be sold and shipped by Amazon. S&S is usually set up now but does not bill untill shipped which does not work with the EBT card checkout. The only way it does work so you get at least a 5% discount is to follow the steps I posted and choose the "Get it sooner" option in the S&S setup. Amazon often has an extra discount on the first order of S&S which you can usually get on top of the 5%. After it ships you have to remember to cancel S&S.

Yea i know how it works & i be forgetting to cancel my S&S one of my account had 5 new orders place laugh out loud

These are gross. For real I'm going to ROAST/COOK these until NOT raw. Then they will be delicious.

Try Superseedz which are the hull-less Austrian cultivar aka Styrian before resorting to roasting. These are also available from domestic growers. Styrian are large dark green seeds with excellent flavor well worth the premium price. Another option is regular seeds raw but not sprouted. If seeds need to be roasted or salted to be made palatable then that consumer requires a higher quality seed imo.

That item number isn't valid on Costco.com. Over one year ago it was in a regional coupon book. Even if Harvested for You was still available at Costco it suffers from excessive handling being sent up to Canada to be sproute. Has too many complaints over mold for my comfort. HFY has a lower pumpkin seed oil content which indicates poor handling and lower quality.

The major health benefit of p.s. is the p.s. oil and the unique water soluable phyto nutrients the best in the world coming from Styria oil seed pumpkins. These nutrients spoil easily so freshness and handling of the seeds is important. To reap all of these benefits choose fresh raw unsalted seeds from the Styrian cultivar grown in Oregon or Europe. I consider Go Raw and similar to be more of a economical heathier snack than a superfood.

This has more info about the version sold in Costco. https://costcofan.com/costco-pump...ds-go-raw/ Also some other nuts that we snack regularly. Would prefer unsalted but it's OK and yes, an economical healthier snack.
