Touchless allen + roth Tolland Stainless Steel 1-Handle Deck-mount Pull-down Handle Kitchen Faucet

Saw a whole box of these marked $72.87. Looking at Lowes website for this store shows $69.23. A neighboring store shows $51.37. Original price of $179. Most stores show multiple stock according to Brickseek. Lowes website looks to show stores selling price.

Some stores also look to have only minimal discount.

Picked one up for $80 at a local branch a couple days ago. Motion sensor worked great. Faucet sprays a little strong but other than that it's definitely a good deal.

Look up your store on Brickseek and see about getting a price adjustment.

I have one of their other models, no sensors just simple pull down head... Looks exactly like this one but in a dark brown. Whatever color its called. I got it last year when it was clearanced out for $13. I ended up buying 2 as I wasn't sure about the quality. But so far I've only have to use one. The only down side and it could be my sink but it feels like the screw/nut that holds the faucet in place doesn't seem to grip tight enough. I've found that I have to go under the sink and tighten it up again as it's a bit wobbly and it no longer seals well. I've tried to tighten it as much as I can but it still seems like it's never enough.
So in summary, I like it. If it breaks I'll definitely put in the other one.
Only has that one con of loosening up over time but again that could just be my sink has issues.

I came to look at picking up the motion sensor version but none near me.

My daughter has one of these motion sensor faucets in her kitchen...I hate it! PITA!! No wonder they are on clearance.

My sensor tends to stop working if it's on max Hot. So you either manually close. Or manually swing it to Cold and wave around until it stops. Totally defeats the hands free convenience.

The Kohler version at costco one was more reliable. But of course, 2x this offering if you want.
