Few quotes from the last few deals on this...
I purchased this chair January 2021 - so far it has held up well with approximately 50 hours runtime. I do not have anything to compare it with - this is the first massage chair I've used. I'm 5'11 and 220lbs. Overall I like the chair - I took the pad off the headrest because I didn't get as much pressure as I would like on the neck / shoulders with it on. The lumbar region was a bit painful at first but doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. I probably would not recommend to anyone over 6'0 if you are looking for focused attention on neck/shoulders. Most of the default options seem to disregard the neck just do a little tease then move on. Currently I'm liking the "Comfort" preset as it will actually get some neck rotation up in there. Otherwise you can use manual options and pin point an area or a small track of area with a specific type of massage. The Airbags are okay they make the chair sound like Darth Vader. The foot rollers are meh- they just spin in the same direction continuously - I normally turn them off.
I have this chair. Bought it for about $600 shipped 12 years ago. It still functions perfectly and has survived a move to a different house. It can be tough on the back though when you're in zero gravity mode. I usually wear a fleece jacket so the rollers aren't hurting my back as much. Unfortunately I don't have any other chair to compare it to.

This seems like a pretty good deal and reviews seem to be quite positive. I literally just added massage chair to my alerts the other day, so can anyone else that has been watching for a while comment on how this deal stacks up?

i have a realrelax chair form amazon, looks similar and a bit under $1000, but you can barely feel the message...anyone knows if this one is stronger?

maybe a trip to the store is warranted.

Would this qualify for the extended warranty as a totaltech member?

Purchased one last time it was the Deal of the Day a few weeks back. Had it for about a weak and a half now.

Definitely feel like the performance is good for the money. The roller system does a great job and runs from my lower neck to my lower glutes (I'm 6' for reference.) the airbag system is relatively basic but effective once you select higher intensities. The remote is basic but intuitive enough and offers a handful of presets along with manual and custom settings. My two complaints are relatively minor. The first is the counter weight on the extendable leg section being a little too strong (meaning I have to actively push down lightly to keep my knees from bending up) and the layout of the foot rollers just doesn't line up well with my feet. Basically it doesn't get past my arch to the actual pad of my foot.

Obviously it's something of a roll of the dice for long term but I like to think of myself as handy enough to fix if something broke and it looks easily serviced with zip off access to many sections. I have generally had good luck with assorted Insignia products in the past as offer better than 'good enough' performance at a worthwhile discount over the more name brand models and this seems to follow that mold.

Tl;dr: 8.5/10 no major deal breakers and good value for the money.

Got one last time at this price. Only listed weight limit is 330 pounds which is far heavier than others that are far more expensive. Shipped pretty much in one piece with minimal assembly. Box is huge and required to return it to BB for one year warranty repair. Seat a little narrower at 19" but I managed to squeeze into it at 6' 2" and 290 pounds. Sat in a $10K Human Touch at Costco last year and can't say it was anywhere near $9K better. Fewer bells and whistles, airbags, settings. Unless you're worried about 2D vs 3D, L track vs S track or other differences, this gets the job done cheaply, maybe not quite as well as others, but good enough for me, My height and weight were obviously pushing the limit and if I wanted to get one that fit well I would have spent 1K+ more for the Jupiter XL recently on sale at Home Depot. Who would think that BB and HD would sell these things?

I need this right now

From what i can tell, Sam's Club may have the best return policy. They will actually take care of return shipping. Costco and I'm sure BB will make u bring it to a store.

I see in one of the reviews that these chairs are for 6' tall and under, so no love for us 6'-6" guys... I'll keep looking to see if any of these are made for taller folks, but it looks like a great deal.

Anyone who have this? Who can chime in? This or Costco's massage chairs?

How does it compare to this chair? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007XA0...UTF8&psc=1 [amazon.com]
The top three reviews from that chair claim their product malfunctioned after 2-10 months. It has a single set of mechanical massagers on an SL track and 21 airbags. Which is common for a cheaper chair. It does not claim to have the zero-g function.. Usually the Chinese ones you buy from amazon are delivered in two or three sections and you put them together (fairly easily). The warranty policies are technically fair but that doesn't mean you will like them. You must pay return shipping. Which for an item this size could cost 30% of the item.

From Best Buy it's a little more vague. From research, it has AT LEAST the same SL track massager. It has 24 airbags compared to 21. and the reviews are much better. This one is delivered inside your home (as long as the team doesn't need to carry it up steps). As far as returning you could likely just throw this in the bag of a truck and take it to your local store with the receipt if you wanted. It's also 100 dollars cheaper so personally I would go with this.

Ordered. I have wanted a massage chair for a long time to help with neck and spinal cord injuries. My apartment is just so small. Currently I have a shiatsu massage mat that I can fold up. It feels nice and I like being able to lay down - But I'm tall and it doesn't cover my entire back so I need to adjust. I am hoping I can find room for this in my apartment. Just couldn't pass up on the deal.

Best Buy used to be excellent at giving you a discount if you called in. If you were polite they would be more than happy to give you 10% off if you ordered with the person you were speaking to. Unfortunately I just called since that would be an additional 100 dollars off and they no longer do this.

Care - The leather and rollers on this chair will wear. Try not to use the Massage function for extended periods of time. Use for 15-30 minutes then give it a half hour break so it can cool down. Every so often an hour session won't hurt. The leather is faux leather - So take care of it as such. It will last much longer.
