Dewalt = construction, Festool = woodworking. I use Festool for dust collection / sanding / track saw / domino when I do woodworking like tables and cabinets, but I have Ridgid for all my "construction" tools. Each tool and company has its own strengths/markets, you shouldn't blindly compare them. That said I've never seen a real world contractor roll to a job site with 100% Festool.

This comes with the set of quick clamps that are $90 a pair on their own (those are very nice to use!)

A lot of festools stuff is worth the money. But there is a lot of other overprice stuff. The systainer is a rip off but if 100% of your tools is festool, then it makes sense especially if you work on jobsites

Ooooh, those are nice. I have the screw clamps but those quick clamps are tempting!
You can buy the Dewalt clamps for $40 and they basically do the same thing. Yes, I have the Festool quick clamps, and there screw clamps and their MFT top and.... I agree with SplendidHome, Festool is a fking rip off. save your money.

it comes with 2 quick clamps which honestly is the best small clamps I've ever used. and a small "workbench" but other than that, yes plastic tool box. But box that stacks and organizes with your other tools

Just the boxes...similar to the MKE packouts, but more sturdy in my ominion. Yes things that are well made are usually more money

Def not more sturdy than Pack Out (from someone heavily invested in Festool)

They're just re-badged Bessey clamps for $5 more btw. Check out the chinese dog hole clamps reviewed on Hooked on Wood. Much better and faster than these.

Where are these even made?
My first question would've been: what are these even made of?

They look like nice boxes but they're too expensive for me. Thanks for the post!

Well played Festool...$225 is not a bad price!!
Sell you tools for super expensive...But when it comes to carry any tool you use, at least advertise teh Festool name on your gear, to push the idea that you will someday own a Festool actual tool.

I use SYS-Storage Box very often. It's my favorite container.
SYS-MFT is useless imho. Overall it's a good price for 4 containers and 2 clamps, but not insanely cheap.

I used just about every Festool tool they made at the time. Dust collection is top notch and worth the price if that's what you're looking for. Other than that, I wasn't overly impressed. There drill was brushless matched with a ni-cad battery (should be lithium all the way). It had that large piece in the front of your hand. This made it impossible to get into tight spaces. Their routers had more bells and whistles, but performed the same as any other high end routers. The routers also were bulkier in size. This made routing smaller pieces a pain. The vacuums were nice, but the price of bags was on the high side.

If I had respiratory issues or low dust job requirements, this would be my choice of tools.

Pretty good price, TBH. Too bad there's no wheels, but there's a set of clamps and a nice work surface, as well as a small parts organizer.

Have no use for this, but would've definitely bought if I did.
