The problem with MSG is it's delicous and anything you mix with it you are going to eat a lot of. Like pounding a typical 3 item chinese fast food meal with noodles. Tastes great, but over too quick, leaving you with over a days worth of calories, and now you feel sad for hours too, yet 30 min later you wish there was some more left. So if they mix MSG got calorie ingredients like carbs and fats you are going willingly eat yourself to obese city. In small quanities is nice, but IMO it's better to program yourself to crave the good flavors of good foods. For example, eating chicken and brocolli all the time is a great way to change your diet. Get healthy, break carb addiction, then food nags stop bothering you all day, then you start craving chicken and brocolli like you used to crave, whatever, pizza. Pizza starts looking less tasty because your brain starts associating the taste with the awfulness you feel after eating it. You see things how they are. You see wildly bouncing around your bodies sugar level is something you don't look forward to and dont wnat to do anymore. You know that drinking a milk shake and eating frys will send you back to the completey unplesant cycle of your body nagging you from addiction. At that point it's easy not to go back. You just have to develop more and more meals that are clear of that. and stop eating out for the most part, because all of that food as evolved to be addictive.

On the other hand, covid vaccines definitely are harmful to certain small groups of people, but the professionals will not say that because they know if they do, tons of people without those problems will claim they have those problems. They are doing the numbers game. Saddest story though, because those small groups that could be told are not, and taking the vaccine bringing serious problems to their life. They are like sacrifices. Again, this is a very small % of people, but it's not so small if that person happens to be you or someone you love.
I believe there is some MSG claims that are true, like headaches, but I also believe it's not about MSG it's some shoddy companies producing MSG in shoddy dubious ways. I can't know for sure or tell you I know. That is my best assessment as someone paying attention and 57 years old.
Lastly, so you are clear, regardless if they are mistaken or not, the vast majority of all renowned chefs and food scientists embrace that the MSG panic of the 90s has been debunked, and MSG is safe.

I eat well, but one thing I cant do is buy a bag of doritios, and use them 5-7 on one of my giant man salads.
f' doritos. I'll get them when I want to feast on a big ass taco salad as an occasion.
Best diet advice I have is buy good food at store even though yuo aren't in mood. Then when you are hungry, it's right there. Eat it without letting your brain talk to you first. Then you are full enough that your brain half-STFU and thats enough to ignore stupid lie talking brain.
Those word thoughts you have in yuor brain is not thinking. they are soundbite releases triggered by what's going on in your enviornment. When your brain talk says stupd things, and you are like wtf? Hell no, then you do what is reasonable.. that is thinking. If you are a thinker you will do things pre-emtively to keep your blabby talking brain from speaking much at all, especially at certain times, like when you want to get married. Just no.
The part of your brain that fantom talks is an idiot that premarily is a collecion of everyone elses stupid thoughts that you have been exposed to.

Every time I have take out food I would drink at least thrice my usual amount of water.
Also Chinese Restaurant Syndrome is an actual thing. Not that only Chinese restaurant does it, just that MSG is very commonly used in Americanized trashy Chinese takeout food.
