Wish they had included the band in the deal. Don't want to use the sticky pad on skin. Band is another $20.

Edit: Got the band at upright website. It's currently $15 and has free shipping. Got 10% off with code GETUPRIGHT10%

wow, that's super unfortunate, because it's not true. there is an "upright coach" subscription for $4/mo but the base device and app do not have an ongoing fee. Source: I have had one since the beginning of the pandemic.

It definitely helps make you aware of your posture.. easy to use, and they have you do short sessions, not all day, so it's not overbearing.

I don't use it year round but it was worth the money IMO.

Really pisses me off when they sell you something but you gotta pay extra for features that already should've been included.
