Is it a decent 4K transfer yes and at least it received a PQ and AQ upgrade.
Is it worth upgrading over the BD disc, IMO at this price only if you really liked the movie and want the slight upgrade.
Especially if you sell the digital code.
As much as I would agree sometimes these UHD disc aren't great transfers, I'm not sure i would agree that there are many that the "1080p version is much much better".
I think the only one I have ran into that might was War of the Worlds but in no way was it way way better, well maybe slightly on the AQ side.
