Slickdeals is being overrun with these license key "deals" recently.
I'm unclear who the seller is this time. StackSocial seems to make it difficult to find. I doubt this is a fully legit copy.
will they work? yes.
are the legal: eh. you're probably using MS software in a way that violates the terms of the license. MS can deactivate your software anytime if they find out and bother to do anything.
Don't think this is any more legit than the no name eBay sellers etc just because it's in StackSocial marketplace.
for some reason SD turns a blind eye to it.

Sites like StackSocial have good reputation with SlickDeals. The issue is that SS is getting desperate and doing business with key resellers, and the key resellers are getting willing to pay commissions.
It's basically an expansion of the gray market. If the keys are from the EU and recycled, it's arguably legal per EU rulings.
