Deal Details
I was in Costco and from 1-20-22 to 1-26-22 receive $500 per line rebate when bringing your device to Verizon. This deal has been around a while but with Costco you are not required to pay activation fee. So for 4 lines I will receive $2000 in Verizon gift cards and no activation fees. Read the fine print for details.

Verizon gift card which can be used towards monthly service. Port a line from another carrier and stay on Verizon for one year.

Sounds interesting, any place to read the details without a trip to the store?

Is there a contract on the new line?
What's the cheapest plan the new line has to be on?

Unlimited data plan $80 and above
Thanks, @Honeyihome, based on that, cost for one line prior to any taxes breaks down to

$160 out of pocket in first two months, awaiting Verizon gift card
$480 out of $500 VGC used in the next six months at $80/month
$ 20 out of $500 VGC applied for month nine
$220 out of pocket for months nine-twelve
====
$380 out of pocket for one year 5G Play More or 5G Do More plan (@ $80/mo)
or
$500 out of pocket for one year of 5G Get More Plan (@90/mo)

Does that seem correct? Plus taxes & fees. Links on Verizon, unless Costco's details are different:

https://www.verizon.com/bring-your-own-device/
https://www.verizon.com/plans/unlimited/#plans

Perhaps this part of the offer may add some value? not sure, can't find the details:

Plus, add a line and get a select phone on us.
With select Unlimited plans. Online only.

Sorry, your math are wrong, why you make it so complicated

@ $80/mo
80x12-500 = 460 plus taxes & fees

@ $90/mo
90x12-500 = 540 plus taxes & fees

Not very interesting for 1 line. 4 or 5 lines at $500 each is interesting. Again, deal has been around forever. Only difference is now Costco will waive activation fee of $35 per line.

If bringing more than 1 lines all at the same time how long do i have to wait to get a promotional device later on?

Device must stay active for 45 days. Many people wait until they receive the gift cards before changing out phone.

This deal was available last year in October I believe. Some things to note are that each line comes with an activation fee which can not be waived. Also, in the terms and condition, you have to keep the device activated for 45 days but you also have to keep the lines active for 12 months otherwise you will be charged an early termination fee of $500 per line on your account.

I am currently on this plan and Verizon CS is completely horrible. I honestly wish I had never done this deal... Anyway, I received 4/5 cards through email on time. I am currently fighting to get my 5th one... a ticket was escalated but they don't wanna budge... Honestly, save yourselves the headache and don't do this deal.

For 5 lines of "5G Play More", looks like total would be 5 x $40 + tax, maybe $220?

$500 via Verizon e-gift card (sent w/in 8 wks). Activation of 4G LTE/5G phone on select Unlimited plans req'd. Device must remain active for 45 days. $500 charge back if service cancelled w/in 12 mos or eligibility req's are no longer met. See vzw.com/bring-your-own-device for details.
Does the "eligibility req's are no longer met" part mean cannot downgrade some lines to "5G Start" after receiving 5 x $500 GCs? How about suspending some of those 5 lines?

Suspending any line within 12 months they can charge back $500
