This is with bestbuy, so no bill credit involved, it's instant trade in value that deducts from the sale price, and tax is on the deducted selling price too. Don't mislead others.

ATT is $100 cheaper further. $500 for mini and $600 for regular. But trade in values are horrible.

T-Mo is still the best in value overall.

BB didn't open the box but scanned all the barcodes. I was able to take out and pop in my Visible sim and use right away. Unlocked?

Check the old thread. One user tried that and thought he was in the clear. He received a notice that he was sent to collections.

Not sure if others had the same outcome

Not sure if it changed but you could do multiple purchase on the same line. I would try to 'upgrade' 2 and then go to another store and do 2 more upgrades.

All depends if the deal ends tonight or Saturday night. I wouldn't open new lines if you already have 2.
Thanks I will look into it

I know this thread is mostly for Tmobile but does anyone know if I'm ATT and I use "Add a Line" to get the lower $599 price at Best Buy to the iPhone 13 if I can just cancel the new line later and keep the phone with out any issues? I don't have anything great to trade in so the better trade in values for Tmobile aren't that big of deal for me and would rather stick with AT&T at this point. Thanks!

Yep, right about that, luckily I wanted to use this phone for Visible. Hopefully I didn't ruin anything.

Trying to use a friend's TMO account, they keep asking me how I can get this deal without opening a line on their account and if it will affect their monthly bill credits since their line is being used to "upgrade" phones

I have 2 xrs from total wireless will these qualify? Minimum amount out of the door if I open new 2 lines? How soon can I cancel them so I do not get charged?

Having a hard time with T-Force via Twitter. Gave me a hard 40 day min
Did you already open and activate on tmo line that did the upgrade? Also some one above posted via Twitter they could unlock easily.

Am wondering since it's flex policy does it make more sense to activate on a friend's Verizon line and then switch back...does anyone know if the 60 day Verizon policy means it has to be on the line for 60 days ? What if say my friend uses a i11 on his VZ line. I use his sim to activate this phone and after activation he puts thr sim back into his phone would this auto unlock my iPhone 13 after 60 days?

No issue at all. I did this last month. But you should cancel on day 1 to avoid paying $30 activation fee and full month bills.

Ask lawrencelin if you need to unlock later

Long story.

The result, it, I have one pro max gift to friend and activated on September 29 with Visible, he keep use Visible, with Visible policy, it should Auto Unlock around Nov 29,

December 10 it still lock to Visible, Customer service refused to submit request to unlock and keep said phone not purchase from Visible, it's not lock to Visible,

after a few days deal with customer service, use many way let someone created least three ticket escalated to high department to unlock, all failed by same answer,

contract Verizon without account, getting same answer , agent send me a link, the link asking for account, ask another friend to get account and password login, other customer service agent let me provide the IMEI to check,

At the same time I also contact visible customer service agent again with different browser tab, keep getting answer phone not lock to visible can't submit, but!!! When Verizon agent chat back told me the system show phone has been unlocked, he/she haven't submit the request yet, so I don't really have idea is Visible or Verizon unlock the phone, however phone setting did show "NO SIM restrictions " now.

I am trying to do This deal and have few questions . I have 4 iPhone to trade for 4 new phones 13. Appreciate any response
1) since I have only 2 T-Mobile numbers and need 4 new phones, should I use upgrade option for 2 and 2 new lines ?
2) how long we have to keep new line for getting iPhone unlocked ?
3) what is the minimum plan for new lines ?
4) I want to do one time payment on all 4 , what is best way to do ?
You simply do 2x first round, finish the transactions and then order the last 2.

Won't it show pending order or something? Do we have to waitntill the trade in is checked I'm or something? Is it must to turn on the new iPhone 13 with the same tmo sim that did the upgrade ? Thanks!!
