If eBay's pattern continues, then we can assume the following:
- Most promos will likely be 5–8% eBay Bucks
- Most will happen between Mondays and Wednesdays and never over a weekend
- You can expect 1–2 promos every month and never back-to-back weeks
- Enrollment in the eBay Bucks program has been closed for over a year, so if your account isn't already in from the past, then you can't get any of these deals.

I now buy and sell stuff directly from craigslist and other websites like Reddit, Head-Fi, Audiogon to bypass ridiculous sales tax. Also go direct to Chinese merchants who have stores in eBay and amazon to bypass sales tax too.

I do believe that if you don't make purchases when eBay Bucks Offer was available for your account, you will be dropped eventually. That's what happened to my 3 accounts which received offered but made zero purchase,

On a different subject, buying on Reddit, Audiogon and Head-Fi can be risky. It's not the case with eBay. On eBay it's the sellers that are getting scammed by buyers. If you're an honest buyer, eBay is very safe to buy stuff.
