Good deal, but my store only had the 1350VA for $99

Bought myself a consolation pizza though, so not a wasted trip.

They've removed the true sine wave from the website...I hope they bring it back. It was a great deal at $150

I have a 1350va/810watt one from Costco 14 months ago and it works pretty well. It had all my networking stuff, my NAS, & my 65" OLED. My receiver was only on a power conditioner.

With that said, I had 2 issues:
1. Like Tisser, mine may have overheated during one outage last year (I turned most high power electronics off so it was supposed to last hours) as it only lasted maybe 40-50 minutes.
2. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to silence it (I had 4 other UPS units that I had silenced). So it'll just keep beeping through the entire outage. It seems some similar models had a silence button, but not this unit. If someone knows some special silencing instructions, please enlighten me.

Seems like a pretty slick deal to me for a 1500VA/900W battery backup. I just wish my local store would offer pickup with the storm coming tomorrow.

Have this same unit (have had for a few years at this point) and haven't had an issue except the "remaining time" estimate it shows on the screen is drastically off. Edit: I actually think I'm just hitting a thermal limit now that I think of it. Next time my power goes out I'll try to cool it somehow and see if I get a longer runtime.

I have my 32" 1440p monitor, Gaming PC, overhead desk LED light and my router all hooked up to it (wouldn't run everything when power was out mind you) and it would keep everything running the same even if the power is flickering or went out for a little while. I always had enough time to save my game and shut down everything properly.

Edit: These use 2x lead acid batteries, Not 100% sure if you can upgrade them, so if anyone actually knows please let me know. Found LifePo 'replacement' but don't really trust them to just WORK

Not pure sine wave. So this is an OK price, but nothing special.

That's also available on line for $99+$5 shipping. Which one is better? This one seems older.

How many kwh capacity? I don't understand why UPS never lists kwh numbers?

I wouldn't put expensive/sensitive equipment behind a "simulated" sine wave ups.

Im looking for something just to keep my network up for a while. Is simulated sine wave ok for that? Or is the pure sine wave better for the electronics in the long term?

I use simulated sine wave for my cable modem and router and they have worked fine. Use true sinewave for things with power-efficient power supplies, like a desktop computer.
