If you're a basshead like me, stay away from these. They don't form a complete seal like the Galaxy Buds Pro, so you'll never get good bass from these. I have these and ended up letting my wife have them and she passed on them too. Lol.

Pretty upset with Samsung. I started getting an ear infection from using their buds 2. Looked online and there were other mentions of this. Something about the material for charging that touches your skin or whatever. Buds live seem ok which is why I still use them.

Somehow got the case that looks like a a flip 3 free. Chose the cream one. Showed free in cart. Paid 42.49 plus tax

At checkout somehow sales tax goes up to $10 for CA. Price before tax $42.49 and after tax it's $52.04. What on earth they charge 20% sales tax. Anyone seeing this?

I wouldn't take a chance in sending the wrong ones. There's a reason they ask which you''re going to send. I spoke with CS about choosing the wrong type of phone I wanted to trade in a while back. The CS told me it had to be the exact phone I selected from the drop-down else it wouldn't be accepted.

CA charges tax on the full amount before trade-in discount.....

Just confirmed with Samsung Agent, there is an IT issue with their check out and they are trying to fix it. They suggested to retry in an hour or two.
