However now the H deal seems to be dead I'm going to pass.
Shrug. Samsung has been having quality control issues of late for me with a faulty monitor (and when I returned it being told A LOT of Samsung monitors were being returned) and now their website not working right.
mine was some random wired one that I picked up from walmart for 3 bucks.

I called the number 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864) told the automated system i was wanting help on mobile accessories.
Then chose the option to communicate by text (no wait)
Then they texted me and I was instantly connected with a samsung representative. I told them I wanted to request Buds live sleeves
I then had to text them serial numbers for the case (can be found on the box which is much easier to
read than the back of the case in black for me), order numbers, and purchase info. They put in a ticket for me and provided a ticket number telling me that I will receive the buds sleeves in 3-5 days. A day later ups app notified me i had a shipment arriving In a few days from samsung mobile.

Should of disputed that. I'll make sure to take pictures and such if an issue occurs.
Order cannot be placed.
Oh well.
by design these are not meant to be totally sealed like silicone buds anyway and if you're always moving your body they're always gonna adjust...

A headset is headphones + microphone. For earbuds, that'd be an inline mic.
Do they accept earbuds for trade in that DO NOT have a microphone?
